Homemade Street Food. I usually have homemade semolina puffs at hand for snacking on cheat days. To make sev puri you poke a hole in these puffs and stuff them with boiled mashed potatoes, onions, and steamed mung beans. Then I topped it off with cilantro-mint chutney, tamarind chutney, and yoghurt. Garnished it with sev and some pomegranate.
