Flourless Flax Seeds Dark-Chocolate Brownie

Is there a way to stop the chocolate addiction? Well, I don’t know any. But, I have something to satisfy your chocolate cravings – Flourless Flax Seeds Dark-Chocolate Brownie. And here goes the recipe:

For Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tbsp melted coconut oil/olive oil
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
4 medium sized eggs
1 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp bourbon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
A pinch of sea salt
*Preheat oven to 375F. Line the 8-inch rectangular pan with parchment paper.
*Beat the eggs, oil, vanilla extract and sugar in a bowl.
*Stir in the cocoa powder, sea salt and flax seeds powder one spoon at a time. Fold in the chocolate chips
*Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
*Before cutting into square let it cool for 40-50 minutes.
*Serve with vanilla ice cream (Optional) or just munch on it like it’s a strawberry.
